I don't like the the screen is embedded into the enclosure, especially with the 16 inch high model. There are a couple design aspects of the enclosure that keep it from getting a perfect score. Also modified the bottom enclosure slightly to install a radiant heat panel so I can keep the perfect ambient temperature in addition to the hot-spot UTH for my BP. Since my ceiling wasn't tall enough for an additional spacer on the bottom, my husband designed little 3-d printed feet to give the bottom enclosure enough space to allow the UTH cord to come through, and it works wonderfully (would be a great add-on idea for Zen Habitats). So far my ball python, kingsnake, and rosy boa are all loving their homes, and the stack looks amazing with the deluxe spacers hiding all the lights and cords. Honestly, it's hard to find enclosures these sizes for cheaper. Panels are easily damageable, even with command strips I know it is a very common issue but customer service is almost pretending they don't know it's an issue. Gaps between the panel and metal sleeve (live food loves to live in the gaps) I know this company will grow even more and solve these problems. However they have a multitude of ongoing issues.

I do very much like Zen Habitats, and will continue to purchase them. I like to be honest and transparent in my reviews.
